English Lessons: Conversation Game (Describing Objects)

Written by Rob San Miguel

GUESS WHAT OBJECT I’M THINKING ABOUT
Ask your partner to choose an object but he should not tell you what that object is.  Tell your partner to write down the name of the object on a piece of paper and fold it. Writing the name of the object on a piece of paper will prevent your partner from changing his choice in the middle of the game. Then start asking your partner the following questions below.  After a few questions, if you think you already know the answer, you can guess. Be careful, you are only allowed three guesses. If you make three wrong guesses, you lose.  If you guess it right, you win and your partner will unfold the paper to show you what he has written.  After that, exchange roles.
