TRANSCRIPT 1
Airports have many good and bad points. They help people travel quickly to far places and connect different countries. Airports also give jobs to many people, help tourism, and offer services like shops and restaurants. For example, a person can fly from Paris to Madrid in a few hours, and tourists can help local businesses by staying in hotels and buying food. However, airports also have some disadvantages. Airplanes can be very noisy, and they cause air pollution. Airports can also be crowded and stressful, roads nearby may have heavy traffic, and food or other services can be expensive for passengers. TRANSCRIPT 2
Before my flight, I went to check in and showed my passport. The woman at the desk gave me my boarding pass and checked my luggage. After that, I went through security and walked to my gate. The departure time was 10:00 a.m., but there was a delay because of the weather. When I got on the plane, I was happy because I had an aisle seat. After our arrival, all the passengers left the flight and some people stopped at customs before leaving the airport. (86 words)
