In project management, it is important to distribute tasks to team members based on their skills. Some tasks may be easier, while others are more difficult. This is why each team member’s strengths differ and can vary from one person to another. To make sure nothing is forgotten, the team must retain important information and notes from meetings. Sometimes, project plans need to be revised when new challenges arise or if there are delays. Regularly, the team should review the project’s progress to see if it is on track. By sharing responsibilities, keeping information, and adjusting plans, the team can work together to complete the project successfully. (107 words)
