Vocabulary

a) Involves implique. (Includes something as a necessary part.) Example: The project involves many steps. (Le projet implique plusieurs étapes.)

b) Coordinating – coordination. (Organizing different parts to work together.) Example: Coordinating the event took a lot of time. (La coordination de l'événement a pris beaucoup de temps.)

c) Overseeing – supervision. (Watching over something to ensure it runs well.) Example: She is overseeing the project’s progress. (Elle supervise l'avancement du projet.)

d) Within budget – dans le budget. (Not spending more money than planned.) Example: We completed the work within budget. (Nous avons terminé le travail dans le budget.)

e) Assign – attribuer. (To give a task or duty to someone.) Example: I will assign tasks to the team. (Je vais attribuer des tâches à l'équipe.)

f) Roles – rôles. (Different jobs or positions in a group.) Example: Everyone has different roles in the project. (Chacun a des rôles différents dans le projet.)

g) Timelines – délais. (Plans showing when things will happen.) Example: We created timelines for the project's phases. (Nous avons créé des délais pour les phases du projet.)

h) Reallocating – réaffectation. (Changing how resources are distributed.) Example: The manager is reallocating funds to other projects. (Le responsable réaffecte des fonds à d'autres projets.)
